Eating bao buns for two days in Amsterdam

Chef Justin Brown is making the best baos for you on Thursday and Friday at Lab111 in Amsterdam.

Baos? You know, those Chinese steamed buns. You often see them topped with pork belly and hoisin, but these days you can find them with all kinds of toppings. At Lab111, they’re serving, among others, a variation with crab and creamy tofu.
