FavorFlav test: the most delicious rosé for this summer

Rosé test FavorFlav

Confession: we love rosé. Provence rosé in particular is flying off the shelves in the editorial office. But there’s so much more rosé than just the beloved Provence variety. So much choice = choice stress! We did some research and selected seven rosés for every occasion and every budget, from Spain to southern France.

In winter, you’re more likely to reach for a glass of red or a full-bodied glass of white, but as soon as terrace season opens, we all reach for a glass of rosé. Unfortunately, the weather is rather changeable, but it’s summer nonetheless, and we’re going to taste rosé. So you’ll know which bottle you can happily open in the bright sunshine—or, in most cases, twist open. From a magnum bottle from HEMA to a glass of Fleur de l’Amaurigue: make the most of it!

Tips for home

Although rosé under a parasol is a party, it’s much more than a wine for the terrace, boat and beach. Rosé is also a food wine and can be enjoyed with every course of the meal. From amuse-bouche to dessert. And don’t serve rosé too cold. The more complex the wine, the less chilled it should be and the larger the glass. Plus, you can really impress people with the rosé facts in the video during your next drinks gathering. Cheers!
