FEBO launches unique orange shirt: Hap Holland Hap
Fun and thoughtful of FEBO: our snack-loving friends have launched a special orange shirt with Only Friends, a sports club for children and young people with disabilities. The shirt is inspired by the Dutch national team of the 1970s. Want to turn heads on King’s Day? This is your shirt!
“It is a special orange sports year, and we are kicking it off in color with the most cheerful celebration in the Netherlands,” says Dennis de Borst, third-generation owner of FEBO.
FEBO x Only Friends
FEBO is known for its fun and original promotions. This is the most heartwarming one. Because what Only Friends does is wonderful: ensuring that children and young people with disabilities can play sports. It all began with the son of Only Friends founder Dennis Gebbink. From a young age, his son Myron was passionate about football, but his disability stood in his way. After a disappointing experience at a regular football club, Dennis set out to find a suitable sports environment for Myron, which led to the founding of Sportclub Only Friends and the Friendship Sports Centre.
The story of Only Friends touched FEBO, which is why they have been the club’s regular sponsor for years. With this shirt, they are generating extra attention, and part of the proceeds will support Only Friends in its mission to make sports accessible to everyone and keep it that way.
Hap Holland Hap
On the front, the chest features a patch with FC FEBO and its famous grill burger. The number 41 is emblazoned on the back, referring to the founding of FEBO, which at the time was still the bakery and confectionery ‘Maison FEBO’. The text ‘Hap Holland Hap’ of course speaks for itself!
The unique orange shirt will be available from Friday, April 19, via febo.nl for €24.95, while supplies last.
