Especially for Carnival, FEBO and Flügel launch the ‘Feestburger’

Alcohol and fast food often go hand in hand, because a late-night visit to a fast-food restaurant after falling into a keg of beer, a wine barrel or a bottle of vodka is a popular phenomenon. I’m certainly guilty of it myself too; I can really enjoy a greasy bite that you regret the next morning. But I have to admit that I’d never experienced the combination of the two before… But FEBO and Flügel are changing that now.

Especially for Carnival, they are launching the Feestburger, which will be available at branches in Tilburg, Den Bosch and Zwolle during Carnival. No idea why Zwolle is involved; is Carnival now just as much of a thing there as it is in Brabant…?

Fans can taste it even earlier

Suppose you simply can’t wait to experience this collaboration yourself—you can already go to Tilburg on February 2, because they will be selling it at the branch on Heuvelstraat between one and three in the afternoon. The burger is bright pink, but that was to be expected when making a burger with Flügel. Another fun collab, too; FEBO is known for its fun and original promotions.

What does worry me somewhat is that very little has been explained about the burger itself; it’s called a Feestburger, it’s bright pink, but what else? The taste of Flügel combined with the beef burger from FEBO doesn’t initially strike me as an especially tasty combination. But where does the Flügel come in? I suspect it will be in the sauce, which, like the burger, is pink—but just a little less vivid. There must be Carnival-goers among our readers who will try this burger this year; could you please provide us with a review?
