For all kaassoufflé lovers: the third edition of Het Kaassouffleest is coming
Crazy about a killer kaassoufflé too? Then we have a golden tip for you. Het Kaassouffleest is coming back. And once again, it’s one of our favorite chefs, Ron Blaauw, together with his team, who will be filling this piping-hot snack with the most delicious fillings. And all that at lofty heights: the roof of the Groot Handelsgebouw in Rotterdam.

Normally, we have no idea what’s inside a kaassoufflé (unless we make kaassoufflés ourselves), but now we do. On Friday, September 13, 200 snack fans can enjoy a unique four-course kaassoufflé menu, created and prepared by Ron Gastrobar’s culinary team.
Beer pairing
As you can see on the menu, there is an (optional) beer pairing with the various cheese snacks. The beers come from Brouwerij De Eeuwige Jeugd. They brew characterful beers here, such as Mokumse meid, Lellebel and the wily young god Gladjanus. They are all wonderfully easy-drinking specialty beers.

Ticket sales start on August 12 at 12:00, and tickets will be available via this link. You will be welcomed at 18:00. Besides the seriously delicious dinner, there will also be a disco bingo and after-party to add a little brewery fun to your life.
