Haute friture in Almere

You may know it: the high-quality chip shop Par Hasard. Since 2014, entrepreneur Xander Hasaart has opened three locations: two in Amsterdam and one in Scheveningen. Now it’s time for the next step: the first franchise location will open in Almere Stad on 23 April.

Par Hasard combines takeaway fried food with a high-end brasserie. What can you expect here? Homemade fries with house-made sauces and legendary frikandellen. There are also classics such as fish & chips, zuurvlees and Dutch beefsteak. All of this is paired with specially selected wines, various beers and even champagne.
