The Italians won’t be happy about it, but we are. Not only because it’s irresistibly delicious, but also because it’s on the table within fifteen minutes. Unless you make the pizza crusts yourself. But we understand that on your hungover Saturday or drizzly Tuesday, that’s exactly what you don’t feel like doing. You do make the Big Mac sauce yourself, by the way (we’ve decoded the Big Mac recipe), but then it’s just as delicious as at the Golden Arches.

How to make the Big Mac pizza

  • Mix the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce in a bowl. Once the sauce is ready, put it in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven as indicated on the package.
  • Once the oven is hot, bake the pizza crusts.
  • Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in the pan.
  • Remove the pizza crust from the oven and spread the ground beef over it. Then place the cheese slices on top and put the pizza back in the oven for about 3 or 4 minutes so the cheese can melt.
  • Then spread the lettuce, pickles and Big Mac sauce over the pizza, and you’re done!
