How to make a Crème Brûlée Martini

Last year, I was still completely into Moscow Mules, but this year I’m (like the whole of the Netherlands, I think) absolutely obsessed with Martinis. Pornstar Martini, Espresso Martini; I can’t get enough. Recently, I came across a Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini and I was already incredibly excited about that… But even more so about this version.

This is a Crème Brûlée Martini, after all, and doesn’t that sound like the ideal dessert? Especially if you think making a crème brûlée yourself is too much effort, and/or you simply feel like having some alcohol with it.
How to make the Crème Brûlée Martini
- Put the ingredients (except for the brown sugar), along with a few ice cubes, in a shaker or blender and mix everything together well
- Pour everything into a martini glass (which you chilled beforehand with some ice cubes)
- Then sprinkle the brown sugar over it and torch it with a blowtorch so that it caramelizes a little. If you don’t have a blowtorch, no stress: it’s perfectly fine without one, or just sprinkle it over the top as it is
- Optional: spray some whipped cream on top if it’s not sweet enough for you yet
Well then, even a child could do it, right? Genuinely mega delicious and incredibly easy to make. Win-win.
