It has been scientifically proven: drinking 3 cups of coffee a day can make your breasts shrink

My mother always used to say that eating the heels of the bread gives you big boobs. Complete nonsense, of course, but apparently that encouragement worked, because the whole loaf always disappeared. And what turns out to actually be true? Drinking three cups of coffee a day can make your breasts shrink, according to a Swedish study. Whaaaaat?!

Great love of coffee, small breasts
That’s what our colleagues at Amayzine told us — over coffee, what else. They had read it in the AD. In Sweden, researchers studied the relationship between the coffee intake of almost three hundred women and changes in their breast size. It may be a coincidence, but science doesn’t really believe in coincidences. And what do you know? There does indeed seem to be a relationship between small breasts and a love of coffee. The amount of caffeine, especially when it’s a relatively large amount per day, every day of the week, affects women’s hormonal balance.
Coffee in the morning
And yes, you need those hormones for a fuller décolleté. Women who drank a lot of coffee, three cups or more, had smaller breasts — on average 17 percent (!) smaller than women who drank less coffee or none at all. Again: it may be a coincidence, but you can’t know that for sure. Should you leave that cup of coffee in the morning alone from now on? No way. Because it’s not as though the reverse is true: if you don’t drink coffee, you suddenly grow a cup size larger. Unfortunately. If only life were that simple.
I might as well pour myself another Mexican Carajillo coffee cocktail.
