KFC launches spicy Kentucky Fried oliebollen, and here’s where to get them

No sweet treat, no: for anyone who wants to celebrate the festive season with something different, KFC has given a Dutch classic a daring twist this year: the Kentucky Fried oliebol. Crispy and spicy, this oliebol has a surprising, fiery kick that adds a little extra spice to New Year’s Eve.
KFC’s spicy twist on the oliebol
Imagine the smell of freshly fried oliebollen mixed with KFC’s famous herbs and spices. At KFC’s pop-up oliebol stand, the traditional oliebol is transformed into a spicy variation that is both familiar and surprising. The outside is coated with KFC’s signature spice mix, but the real secret lies in the batter – the spicy spice mix is incorporated there too.
