McDonald’s launches new Brasil sauce

McDonald’s maniacs, listen up: your favorite fast-food chain has dropped another new item on the menu. No, not a variation on the Spicy Cheeseburger or BigMac. And not a Dutch version of the McBaguette either (what would that be called? Mc-white-bread-roll-with-chocolate-sprinkles?). So what is it? A new sauce to dip your chicken nuggets in.

Yup, we can try out another new McNugget sauce. The newbie on the menu is called Brasil sauce. A sauce that tastes just as tropical as its name suggests.
Brasil sauce
Brasil sauce is a sweet, spicy sauce with tomato, pineapple and curry. Perfect for dipping your fried chicken pieces in, but also delicious with your salty fries. Rumor has it that burgers featuring this sauce will also be added to the menu. They are said to be the Brasil Cheese (with beef, cheddar, pickles and fried onions) and the Brasil Chicken (with crispy chicken fillet and lettuce). When they will launch remains to be seen. The Brasil sauce itself has been available to order since this week, at least.
Still have to be patient…
Small side note: at Dutch McDonald’s locations, you’ll be turned away if you ask for this sauce. For now, Brasil sauce is not yet available in our country. Want to try it as soon as possible? Then you’ll have to visit a McDonald’s location in our southern neighbors’ country. Belgium, that is. Well, there are more McDonald’s items we have to travel abroad for. We’re still waiting for the Chocolate Filled Donuts Balls to finally make their way here from Dubai. Hopefully the Brasil sauce will reach our country sooner. Keep an eye out!
