The Masterclasses are suitable for every home cook. Yes, even if you don’t have much cooking experience. For each Masterclass, you can easily download the recipes, which explain step by step on paper how to prepare the dishes. In addition—and I think this is a huge plus—the ingredients used in the Masterclasses are simply available at the supermarket or delicatessen shop. So you can get started quickly and easily.

10 Michelin stars

Cheflix launches with top chefs such as Jacob Jan Boerma***, Stefan van Sprang**, Ron Blaauw**, Erik van Loo** and Joris Bijdendijk*—together accounting for 10 Michelin stars. Each chef presents a complete cooking workshop, or Masterclass, based on their own specific cooking style. Jacob Jan presents his Masterclass around exciting combinations of fresh notes and acidity, while Stefan van Sprang presents innovative light cuisine.

New Masterclasses are added every month. In February, the Masterclass by chef Soenil Bahadoer** (De Lindehof) will follow. In March, it will be Jonathan Zandbergen*’s turn (Merlet).

Useful cooking techniques explained

In addition to the Masterclasses, in which complete recipes are explained step by step, the chefs also present useful cooking techniques. Think of Ron Blaauw’s perfect poached egg, or learn how to plicate a tomato (remove its skin) from Stefan van Sprang.

Not even three euros

Each Masterclass consists of approximately 10–15 video lessons, each averaging 10 minutes. The videos are of premium cinema quality, and thanks to the beautiful close-ups, it feels as though you are sitting 1-on-1 with the chefs. With your membership, you can watch all the masterclasses without limits for 12 months, for € 2,99 p/m. You can cancel your membership at any time.
