Starting tonight, 24Kitchen will broadcast a wonderful program every weekday at 7:30 p.m.: In search of perfection. In it, one of the best chefs in the world shows you how to prepare classic dishes to perfection.

Heston Blumenthal is the chef and owner of The Fat Duck, a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Bray, England. In 2005, this restaurant was the best restaurant in the world—not just a little Michelin-starred place, then. In In search of perfection, this top chef uses insights from science while cooking, with perfection as the result.
