Oh yes: Tabasco launches tomato juice 2.0
It’s no secret that Tabasco and tomato juice (and vodka) are a match made in heaven. At least, as long as the proportions are right. Tabasco now has an excellent solution for that.
We actually do it automatically: add some spices and Tabasco to give our tomato juice just the right spicy kick. But let’s be honest: even we sometimes overdo it—with our possibly hungover heads or not. The result: a burning mouth and a tomato-red face.
Super healthy
Fortunately, our savior is here: Tabasco. They have just launched two Spicy Tomato Drinks. Ready-made and with exactly the right proportions of salt, pepper, lemon, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Add a splash of vodka and your Bloody Mary is ready. Well, you still have to measure that yourself.
Of course, you can also simply go alcohol-free and super healthy. Because did you know that tomato juice is packed with antioxidants and that peppers relieve pain and itching, as well as helping you catch fewer colds? Winning!
Two varieties
Tabasco tomato juice comes in two versions: a somewhat milder ‘mildly seasoned’ variety and an ‘extra spicy’ one for the die-hard spicy-food fans. The drinks (€ 3.49) are available in supermarkets and, from July 1, 2019, in the webshop.
