One you just have to try: pasta with croquette

You might be thinking: that girl has completely lost it. But I really think you should give this a chance. Because it honestly sounds seriously delicious to me. Many thanks to Sophie Ousri, who came up with this brilliant recipe. Well, recipe… You literally only need two ingredients: pasta and a croquette. Or bitterballen, which works too, of course.

This millennial doesn’t know how (or whether it’s even possible) to link to a highlight, but Sophie does have one on her Instagram with lots of photos of this culinary gem and rave reviews.
Apparently, it really is delicious
Just check her page: people are genuinely wildly enthusiastic. Be sure to mash the croquette well, of course. My first thought was also: pretty weird, but it really does sound tasty. The textures together are what do it for me: the crunchiness of the croquette’s exterior, the creamy filling and then the pasta cooked perfectly al dente. Delicious. Not convinced? Then just take a look at these photos.
