Poké Perfect launches The Famous Falafel Bowl with NENI
An evening at NENI means an evening of absolutely delicious food, which you probably know too if you’ve ever visited this restaurant in Amsterdam. One of my favourites there is the popcorn falafel — rarely have I tasted falafel that delicious. I’ve tried to recreate it at home several times, without any success.
So you can imagine that this collaboration suits me perfectly, because now I can simply order that falafel at home.
A little Poké Perfect and a little NENI
An added bonus: it’s genuinely healthy too. Poké Perfect is launching The Famous Falafel Bowl in collaboration with NENI. This bowl has a base of quinoa and lentils, with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and red onion. It also contains NENI’s popcorn falafel (which is addictively delicious), their hummus (also one of the best in Amsterdam) and tahini sauce.
A collaboration I definitely want to try, since their previous editions were already such a success: like the ceviche bowl with Sjefietshe, the popular ceviche bar from De Pijp, and the collaboration with Ron Blaauw even resulted in three bowls, one of which—the rendang bowl—was so good. Expectations are therefore high…
