Recipe: chicken enchilada dip

Okay, not much is easier than opening a bag of tortilla chips and dipping them into some (homemade) salsa. But anyone who spends just a little extra time and love on their snacking can take that snacking to a whole new level. Case in point: this chicken enchilada dip.

Creamy cheese, flavorful chicken, spicy peppers, combined with crispy tortilla chips. Man oh man, what a feast. So I’ll stop rambling and tell you how to make this ultimate dip.
How to make chicken enchilada dip
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Stir the cream cheese, chicken, beans, 3/4 of the cheese, sauce, green peppers and taco seasoning together in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese over it.
- Bake until hot and bubbling, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with the cilantro and tortilla chips.
