How to make the cotton candy champagne cocktail

• Put a few ice cubes, the rose lemonade and gin in a cocktail shaker and shake very vigorously for a few seconds.
• Pour the drink through a strainer (so the ice cubes are left behind) into a champagne coupe, then very gently pour the champagne over it.
