Recipe for a chicken mince casserole

With Brussels sprouts, chicken mince and a hint of sweet apple, you can serve up a dish that will make everyone’s mouth water in no time. The combination of crispy almond flakes, creamy soy cream sauce and melted cheese makes this recipe irresistible. And the best part? You don’t need to turn on the oven.

How to make a chicken mince casserole
- Mix the Brussels sprouts, leek rings and garlic with pepper, salt and olive oil and cook on the vegetable programme (150 °C, 10 minutes).
- Cook the bulgur until tender according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Mix the soy cream with the mustard and half of the grated cheese.
- Arrange the mince on top of the vegetables, followed by the bulgur, sauce and apple wedges. Cook in the Airfryer at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
- Finish with the almond flakes and the remaining grated cheese.
- Cook for another 5 minutes at 180 °C and serve.
