Scroppino with Flügel—just don’t let the Italians hear about it. Traditionally, scroppino is made with lemon sorbet, vodka and prosecco, and is a true classic. But there are plenty of possible variations on scroppino. Spices such as licorice root and cardamom can, for example, give the drink a surprising twist. Even with other types of sorbet, such as forest fruits and mango, it’s just as refreshing and delicious. This time, we’re going for scroppino with… Flügel!

How to make Flügel Scroppino

For 3 flûtes, you need 150 milliliters of Flügel and 6 scoops of lemon sorbet. Mix the Flügel and sorbet together in a bowl using a whisk or hand mixer, then divide it between the three champagne glasses. Cheers!
