Recipe: prawns and lychees with fresh herbs

How to make it

• Reduce the squeezed oranges with their peel over low heat until reduced to 3/4. Add the olive oil and leave to cool.
• Peel the prawns, peel the lychees and remove the stone. Chop the herbs.
• Mix everything with the dressing and distribute over a serving dish.
