Recipe: Savory Cookies with Tomato and Goat Cheese

How to make savory cookies with tomato and goat cheese
- Chop 3/4 of the tomatoes.
- Mix the butter with Parmesan, flour and chopped tomatoes.
- Roll the dough into sausages.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Cut the dough into slices 1 cm thick.
- Bake them for 15 min. on a baking sheet.
- Leave to cool.
- Add 1 dollop of goat cheese (using a piping bag), 1 piece of tomato and 1 basil leaf to each cookie.
For variation, you can use olives instead of tomato.
