Recipe: Sweet bagna cauda

Karin Gaasterland’s new cookbook Cuisine Carine is all about casually combining cuisines, authentic dishes and flavors that lead to surprising combinations. The recipes are simple, but each and every one is delicious. It’s a book you can make your own in your own kitchen. And if a dish doesn’t turn out as planned: straighten your shoulders, bluff a little and pretend that’s how you intended it. But this delicious bagna cauda really can’t go wrong!
