Recommended: Frizzanteria’s aperitivo package

Just before corona, I ate at the new Italian restaurant Frizzanteria. Truly authentic Italian, with delicious bubbles—I was an instant fan. Because of corona, they had to close their doors again, just after opening. Their aperitivo package offers a selection of their treats to enjoy at home.

Just opened, and immediately closed again..
It was, of course, dramatic. Months of renovations, a trillion hours of work, just opened, and immediately closed again. You wouldn’t wish it on anyone. ‘The only consolation is that we’re not alone; every hospitality entrepreneur is in the same shit right now…’ Owner Paola is trying to stay positive. ‘One stroke of luck is that I had ordered far too much Italian ham. Fortunately, we’re not short of that now!’
And what do you do with all those divine hams and other delicacies when you can’t open? Put together a delicious aperitivo package, so your guests can enjoy all those treats at home.
From ham to olives
It includes the famous Prosciutto di Parma, among other things, as well as other hams from Parma imported by them, bruschetta caprese, homemade pesto, roasted vegetables with Parmesan, olives with bread specially made for Frizzanteria and, nicely, a special Frizzanteria Spotify playlist too, to recreate the restaurant feeling at home, on the boat, in the park or wherever you like.
Don’t forget the meatballs
The package costs €39 and is enough for 3 people (and actually even four). You can order it from Thursday through Sunday until 2:00 p.m. and pick it up between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Delivery is possible by arrangement. In addition to the special package, you can also order all kinds of delicious things to enjoy at home; you’ll only need to finish preparing those dishes at home. And if I may give you a little tip: the meatballs. You won’t find them more delicious anywhere. Also ask about the special wines, all with bubbles!
