Rolling Kitchens is coming again: Europe’s largest open-air restaurant

Rollende Keukens festival

From Wednesday 25 May through Sunday 29 May, Amsterdam’s Westerpark will once again be transformed into Europe’s largest open-air restaurant as around 100 Rolling Kitchens roll onto the big lawn. There will be drinks and live music. And: admission is free. In short: a party!

Food truck paradise

After three years, it’s finally happening again: food truck lovers can indulge, as Westerpark once again becomes a paradise filled with delicious bites from rolling kitchens. During the fourteenth (!) edition, you can get lost in a tempting bite from far away, relax with a classic dish at the table, toast with a special beer or an affordable glass of top wine. This year, the red-and-yellow Cantina Mobilé is also serving a tasting menu put together by the neighbourhood cooks of Markt Maal: the fortnightly neighbourhood dinner in the monumental Centrale Markthal at the Food Center Amsterdam.

Free admission

Alongside all the excellent snacks, there will also be live performances. The Rolling Kitchens are open from Wednesday 25 through Sunday 29 May, from 13:00 to 23:00. Admission is still free. The bars accept card payments only, and you may keep the glass you purchased.
