Sergio Herman opens new Frites Atelier location
This week it was announced that Sergio Herman is leaving The Jane, but the Zeeland-born star chef has more news. His delicious Frites Atelier is expanding and opening a new location at the Designer Outlet in Roosendaal.
Fries from a star chef are, of course, not ordinary snack-bar fries. No, these fries bring together flavor, craftsmanship, expertise and personality—and honestly: you can taste it! From the potato to the toppings, everything has been carefully considered and is irresistibly delicious.
Franchise fries
The first location of Sergio’s Frites Atelier opened in The Hague five years ago. But you can enjoy these fantastic fries outside the Netherlands too; you can also find Frites Atelier in Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp.
Frites Atelier, part of the Sergio Herman Group, is now ready for a new future in which the franchise model will play an important role. The first franchise location will open at Designer Outlet Roosendaal. This new establishment measures 162m2 and offers seating for 85 guests. It is considerably larger than the Utrecht location, which had to close partly because of its limited space and low revenue.
Renovation work on the atelier in Roosendaal has now begun, and the doors of the first franchise location are expected to open in October 2021.
