On 14 April, Smokey Goodness—the BBQ empire of Jord Althuizen—is organizing a festival entirely dedicated to barbecuing at the Van Nelle factory in Rotterdam. Imagine an open-air BBQ market packed with food and drink stalls. Take part in a workshop to perfect your grilling skills. Or check out a demonstration by the Smokey Goodness heroes, where they show you how it’s really done. There’s live music too, and above all, plenty—lots and lots—of food and drink.
