The hit at your summer drinks party: pineapple bacon bites from the Airfryer

We love drinks parties, especially when there are delicious snacks involved. And then we discovered these pineapple bacon bites from the Airfryer. An instant hit!

This snack has it all. It’s sweet and soft thanks to the pineapple, salty and crunchy thanks to the bacon, and deliciously juicy thanks to both. On top of that, they’re super easy to eat—you simply serve them on a skewer—and even better: ridiculously easy to make. Especially since the Airfryer does the work for you.
How to make pineapple bacon bites
Convinced? All you need is pineapple, bacon, brown sugar and black pepper. First, cut the pineapple into small pieces until you have about 24 pieces. Then cut the bacon slices in half lengthwise and in half widthwise. Take the pineapple pieces and wrap a ‘strip’ of bacon around each one. Secure with a wooden skewer.
Next, mix the black pepper with the brown sugar (about 100 grams of sugar and a generous pinch of pepper is enough). Dip the pineapple bacon bites in this mixture. Then place the bites in the Airfryer for 5 minutes at approximately 190 degrees. After 5 minutes, turn them over and bake them for another 5 minutes.
