linda man all you can eat

The new LINDA.man is out, and as far as we’re concerned, it couldn’t be tastier. An entire issue about our favorite pastime: eating. Full of star-quality dishes and snacks, delicious recipes from home cooks, practical tips, and men talking about their all you can eat addiction. In short: get to the store, people!

Star chefs Sergio Herman, Joris Bijdendijk, and Jermain de Rozario are featured together on the cover of the new LINDA.man ‘BLESSED ARE THEY WHO COOK’. They talk at length about earning a Michelin star. ‘Such an award can even pull you out of deep valleys,’ says Jermain, who was once a garbage collector.

Asshole in the kitchen

Since earning his first Michelin star in 1995, Sergio Herman has been one of the absolute superstars of Dutch cuisine. These days, he runs several (star) restaurants. He really was an asshole in the kitchen in the past. These days, things are different, partly because of a number of intense experiences, he says.

Chardonnay & Merlot

Also fun: the story about, um… unusual names. ‘At Starbucks, it’s a surprise which name the staff writes on my cup. The funniest version so far is: “For house wine.”’ Well, if your name is Chardonnay or Merlot, we understand the confusion. And what do famous Dutch men cook? Let them inspire you.

All you can eat

And this delicious, substantial issue also makes room for three men who spill the beans about their overeating. Enjoy the read!

LINDA.man ‘BLESSED ARE THEY WHO COOK’ is available in stores from today.
