These are all 122 Michelin-starred restaurants in the Netherlands in 2024

The new Michelin stars for 2024 have been awarded. In this year’s Michelin Guide, you’ll find 1 restaurant with 3 Michelin stars, 19 restaurants with 2 stars and 102 restaurants with one star.

3 Michelin stars
Last year there were still 2 three-star establishments; now the Netherlands has just 1 restaurant with three stars, and that is De Librije (Zwolle). They received their first star 20 years ago. To have been at the top of Dutch gastronomy for so long—what an achievement! In addition to the three Michelin stars, De Librije has also retained its Green Michelin Star this year. And Brass Boer Thuis, the restaurant of Jonnie and Thérèse Boer where you can enjoy a wonderful feast, has also retained its Michelin star this year. Wow!
2 Michelin stars
19 restaurants have two stars this year. All these restaurants have retained their stars; only Inter Scaldes (Kruiningen) is new to this list. Sanne and Jeroen Achtien, who met at De Librije, took over the establishment a year ago and brought Inter Scaldes back to the top of Dutch gastronomy in a short time. Back again, that is, because after the takeover they lost all three stars at once and fought their way back impressively!
