This cocktail bar is turning into an advent calendar
Let those festive bells ring! Until 5 January 2020, Copperhead gin is transforming Amsterdam cocktail bar Feijoa into a truly spectacular advent calendar. Every day, as advent tradition dictates, a little door opens to reveal a gift behind it.
Feijoa, one of Amsterdam’s oldest cocktail bars, is turning into a real walk-in advent calendar this festive season. Wrapped in unmistakable, Christmassy artwork, you’ll get a glimpse of the treats waiting inside – so hey you, open that door and drink your way out of the year – and swing right back in with spectacular cocktails such as No chimneys in calabria and Santa came for biscuits and coffee.
Freestyling
Today, between 20:00 and 01:00, during a Christmas edition of Girls Love Bartenders, it’s a double celebration: freestyle cocktail creation by an impressive line-up of (inter)national bartenders, Christmas hits blasting from the Christmas jukebox and advent gifts being raffled off.
Treat yourself at the bar to the one and only Mr Copperhead – Giuseppe Jhari – or one of the guest bartenders, and receive a winning (or copper) ticket. A selection from the gift collection: Copperhead gin bonbons and a limited-edition bottle that isn’t even on the market yet!
