Thirsty tales
This is what you want to make now: Gin-Rosé slush with peach and strawberry

You were already getting (and so were we) very restless over the frosé; we’re curious to see whether this next drink will become just as big a hit! In any case, it’s summery and pink too, and as a bonus, it also contains some fruit and spirits. Bring it on!
Gin-Rosé slush with peach and strawberry
Because the frosé (frozen rosé) turned out to be incredibly popular, we’re happy to share another festive pink alcoholic winner: the gin-frosé peach slushie… And if you know us even a little, you know that we’re fans of all Slush Puppies for adults (read: with alcohol), so we’re already hanging up the bunting. For later, when this drink comes out of our blender.

With fruit for the vitamins
You need a few more ingredients for this than for the frosé that was conjured up from the kitchens of our Amayzine colleagues within a few minutes, but it’s worth it. Gin, rosé, peaches (from a can) and, for the color (and that summery flavor), some fresh strawberries, peach syrup and ice cubes—turn on the blender and go!
How to make a gin-frosé peach slushie
- The most important thing for making a good, thick slushie is that virtually all the ingredients come from the freezer.
- So freeze half a bottle of rosé and 150 ml of gin in ice cube trays, as well as ten hulled strawberries and the peaches from 1 can (save the syrup!).
- Do this a few hours before you want to serve the cocktail.
- Then pour about 25 ml of the syrup from the can of peaches into the blender, add the ingredients from the freezer along with a small handful of ice cubes, and blend into a thick, slushy, frozen cocktail.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. Cheers!
