TikTok hack of the week: this is how you get the stains out of your Tupperware containers

My freezer is full of containers with frozen food. I live alone, and if you do too, you know: cooking just for yourself is simply a pain. On top of that, I absolutely cannot portion properly, and the result is that I’ve often cooked for an orphanage.

So, I freeze everything. But increasingly, I was also throwing containers away because I couldn’t get the stains out. Especially the greasy stains that don’t even feel dirty. I could scrub as much as I wanted, but they wouldn’t come off.

TikTok to the rescue, again

Purely by chance, I came across this TikTok hack and because I thought, ‘hey, this is something I always have!’, I watched it all the way through. And I tried it. And YES: it works. How handy is this? No more greasy containers, hooray!
