Variation for your cheese board? Be inspired by this Burgundian Christmas tasting
A small cheese board after dinner or a huge cheese board with a bottle of wine on a Sunday afternoon; I love it. But I often reach for cheeses I already know. Do you recognize that, and would you sometimes like more variety on your cheese board? Or would you really like to go all out for Christmas? Then the online cheese tasting by Kaasfort Amsterdam, including cheeses, wine and delicacies, is a great idea.
The Burgundian tasting of cheese, delicacies and wine in November sold out in no time, but fortunately there is now a follow-up: on 10 December, there will be a Burgundian Christmas tasting.
Triple-crème cheese
During this tasting, our favorite cheese affineurs from Kaasfort Amsterdam will present the cheese highlights from their Christmas selection, complemented by delicacies and a special wine. Here is a little teaser: their own Delice de Noisette, made from Brillat Savarin, a raw triple-crème cheese from Champagne. This tasting is a wonderfully educational evening for finding inspiration for Christmas.
