Well, not very much, unless you have a soy allergy. There may be an unintended presence of soy in both products. This allergen is not listed as an ingredient on the packaging and could potentially cause an allergic reaction.

Albert Heijn has therefore decided to remove the following products from stores immediately as a precaution:

Albert Heijn Bio Vegan spinach burger, with best-before dates (THT) 04-10-2021, 11-10-2021, 18-10-2021, 25-10-2021, 1-11-2021, and Albert Heijn Bio Vegan pumpkin burger with thyme, with best-before dates (THT) 04-10-2021, 11-10-2021, 18-10-2021, 25-10-2021, 1-11-2021, 08-11-2021.

Back to the store

If you have a soy allergy, return the products with the specified best-before dates to an Albert Heijn store. You will receive a refund of the purchase price upon returning the product. No receipt is needed. And if you still want to pick up a vegan burger, read which of the six tested vegan burgers from Albert Heijn our panel liked best. Make the most of it.
