We’re regularly amazed by the unbelievable number of cookbooks published every year. And that’s not even counting foreign cookbooks translated into Dutch and lining the shelves. No, we’re talking about cookbooks from Dutch soil! It never stops, and we love it! And since we think you do too – otherwise you probably wouldn’t be browsing a food platform – we enjoy giving away a series of cookbooks on a regular basis. From brand-new to last year’s, from meat to vegetarian and from breakfast to dessert.
Three delicious cookbooks
This time, we’re giving away Ovenschotelbijbel by Janneke Philippi (the ultimate reference work for classic and new heartwarming oven dishes), Toscanini pasta by Maud Moody and Leonardo Pacenti (an enormous variety of pasta dishes!) and Bold beans by Amelia Christie-Miller. Think beans are booooring? This book proves the opposite; beans are versatile, nutritious and irresistibly delicious!
There’s a good chance you’ve already seen these books featured; from Toscanini pasta, we previously shared the tagliolini with black truffle and spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper (spaghetti aglio e olio). And from the delicious Bold beans, we recently published the recipe for honey-harissa carrots with whipped feta and butter beans with ricotta and pesto.
