You can now buy molten chocolate cakes at Lidl and they are incredibly delicious
Lava cakes… name one person who doesn’t like them. Because who on earth could say no to a warm chocolate cake from the oven with a center that flows out like liquid gold?

They’re called moelleux au chocolat in France. Those outrageously delicious lava cakes – warm chocolate cakes with a molten center… I’m in heaven.
Mini lava cakes
A lava cake with any kind of gooey center is always a good idea as far as I’m concerned. It’s easy, delicious and 100 percent guaranteed to bring happiness to the table. Put the lava cakes in the oven for a few minutes, whip the cream (which becomes silky smooth with this tip) and you’re done.
