Recipe: Salmon poké

The Hawaiian dish poké has by now grown into a true hype. And with this recipe, you can make such a delicious bowl yourself in no time.

Meneer Temaki specializes in Japanese seaweed sheets rolled up like a cone-shaped French fry bag, filled with rice, fish and, for example, avocado. And they are called—as you may have guessed—temaki. One of the temaki served by Meneer is filled with Hawaiian salmon poké. Thanks to the use of vinegar, albeit with a Japanese twist. Make your own salmon poké according to Meneer Temaki’s recipe; it is delicious!
How to make salmon poké
Mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl, except for the toasted sesame seeds, furikake and sliced spring onion. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Stir together and sprinkle the sesame seeds, furikake and spring onion over it just before serving.
