13-star dining in Amsterdam: Spectrum and De Goede & De Stoute celebrate the Netherlands’ first Vuurzee Kitchen Party

Spectrum – Black Truffle

Have you always wanted to take a look inside the kitchen of a Michelin-starred restaurant? Then the Vuurzee Kitchen Party by De Goede & De Stoute and Spectrum, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant at Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam, is a unique opportunity. This coming weekend, Spectrum’s kitchen will be the domain of eight chefs (with a total of 13 stars!) and a DJ, who will join forces to create one huge party.

Spectrum, which came in 7th place in the newly launched Lekker500 restaurant guide, is hosting the party together with De Goede & De Stoute, producer of Vuurzee champagne beer, which was specially developed as a chic table-side alternative for people who do not drink wine or spirits. Naturally, the most delicious bites will be created to accompany it. Prepared by some of the very best…

These are the chefs you can expect

Head chef Sidney Schutte and restaurant manager Cas Kratz have brought together a remarkable group of international chefs for the Spectrum x Vuurzee Kitchen Party. Alongside Sidney Schutte, this one-off team of superstars consists of Joe Barza (Lebanese chef and culinary consultant), Artur Martinez (AÜRT, Barcelona*), Roger van Damme (Het Gebaar, Antwerp*), Henrique Sá Pessoa (Alma, Lisbon**), Francois Geurds (FG, Rotterdam**), Jeroen Achtien (Sens, Vitznau**) and Jonnie Boer (De Librije, Zwolle***). Together, they will offer a unique and personal behind-the-scenes look at the kitchen of Spectrum.

In addition to Vuurzee and a whole host of (Michelin-starred) chefs, cheeses from Bourgondisch Lifestyle, caviar from House of Caviar, Pol Roger champagne and oysters from Oesterij will also be served—and this is only the tip of the iceberg.
