You’ll want to taste this: Crisp’s limited-edition croissant ice cream
Crisp—you know, the supermarket app for truly delicious, incredibly fresh food—has something new again: croissant ice cream. In other words: ice cream with crunchy pieces of croissant. Crisp is known in our editorial office for its SUBLIME bake-at-home croissants; butter croissants from Brittany that really taste like butter. The croissants consist of 23% AOP butter from Poitou-Charentes. It’s also known as the champagne of butters and gives the croissants their unique, caramel-like flavor. Try resisting those… We can’t.

We’re not the only ones who love Crisp’s butter croissants; earlier this year—for International Croissant Day (January 30), for example—they launched a Crisp chocolate bar containing their butter croissants.

Building on this success, Crisp now has croissant ice cream. This limited-edition ice cream flavor is made with organic vanilla ice cream and crumbled pieces of croissant. And as if that weren’t delicious enough, they’ve also added a handful of chocolate chips and a pinch of sea salt. OH BOY.
