The fact that Jan Sobecki – head chef at two-Michelin-starred restaurant Tribeca in Heeze – has a young son does not stop him and his wife Claudia from enjoying a meal out. Valenzia, Eindhoven
‘I really love coming here. It’s relaxed and informal, and they have lovely small dishes. Ideal for our 3.5-year-old son, so he can try lots of different things and get to know all kinds of flavors. My favorite dish? The spicy crab sandwich!’
Bij de Neut, Eersel
‘Although it’s mainly aimed at kids, with a playground and pizzas, pastas and pancakes, the food is genuinely very good. The pizzas in particular are excellent. The kind with a delicious thin crust, baked in a wood-fired oven.’
De Lindehof, Nuenen
