Baklouce Is the Ultimate Pastry for Tonight’s European Championship Quarter-Final

We were quite done with the tompouce craze that completely plagued us last year. From tompouce frikandel to Stompouce; things got completely out of hand. But now there’s a fusion we’re absolutely ecstatic about: Baklouce! The ultimate pastry for tonight’s European Championship quarter-final.

Recently, we were already doing the conga over the baklava cheesecake. But it can get even better! Baklouce is a pastry that flawlessly combines two famous delicacies from the Netherlands and Turkey: tompouce and baklava. In fact, it’s the pastry we never knew we would one day crave so badly.
What does it taste like?
Baklouce is made with delicious ingredients from tompouce (the cream filling) and baklava (the sweet, honey-rich and crispy pastry). It’s a creation by Emin Batman and Şerifoğlu, where you can score the best baklava in Amsterdam anyway.
Where can you try Baklouce?
Will you come and try this new gift from the gods? You can do so at Şerifoğlu in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Both locations are open from 12:00 to 20:00. Be on time, because when it’s gone, it’s gone!
