It’s no secret that we all occasionally go all out with an expensive order from Thuisbezorgd.nl, but this order from 2025 absolutely takes the cake. The most expensive order of the year came from Noord-Brabant and is quite bizarre: an Indonesian meal worth no less than €1,525.50. Yes, you read that right: more than fifteen hundred euros for one meal. We’ve also got the other expensive orders and the most frequently ordered groceries for you.

The customer from Noord-Brabant opted for an Indonesian rice table. But what makes such a meal so expensive? The answer lies not only in the quantity of food, but also in the luxurious ingredients used. It’s a first for Thuisbezorgd.nl: an order this large is absolutely unique.
