Brilliant: OLA is handing out free ice creams while you wait at Schiphol
Oh yes, I’ve already stood in it: that ridiculous queue at Schiphol. The infamous white tent, the winding lines for security; no, there’s really no such thing as looking forward to it when you’re flying from Schiphol. OLA, the brand behind those delicious Raketjes, feels your pain and is going to hand out free ice creams to waiting travellers. What a brilliant idea.
The giveaway is also perfectly timed because it’s going to get pretty warm in the coming days. Are you travelling via Schiphol next Saturday, 6 August, or Sunday, 7 August? Then don’t get too worked up, but keep your cool with a Raketje, Calippo, Twister or Festini Pear.
Like a rocket
The ice creams will be handed out between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. outside, under a tent in front of the departure halls. And then: off like a rocket to your holiday destination!
