To mark its 9th anniversary, Café Caron is celebrating with a 4-course truffle menu, in which the autumn truffle from Vanilla Venture – supplier of high-quality culinary products for chefs and restaurants – is the absolute star. With its aromatic and rich flavor, the truffle is the perfect ingredient for creating a festive menu that captures the essence of Café Caron’s French bistro vibe, but in a luxurious way.
The truffle menu: what to expect
The truffle menu consists of four courses, with the autumn truffle taking center stage in various ways. Think subtle truffle flavors that elevate classic French dishes to a higher level. The menu costs €85 per person, including specially selected wines for each course that perfectly complement the flavors of the dish.
One of the dishes served during Café Caron’s 9th anniversary is poached egg with celeriac, porcini mushroom and truffle sauce. Is your mouth watering already?!
A renewed wine list for the anniversary
Alongside the special truffle menu, Café Caron is also presenting a renewed wine list to celebrate its 9th anniversary. The acclaimed red wine booklet is making way for a larger edition, featuring even more special wines. The anniversary menu will be served on Monday, December 1, Tuesday, December 2 and Wednesday, December 3, 2025, and reservations are essential. You can make one via Café Caron’s website. Be quick, as seating is limited!
Please note: the menu is fixed, which unfortunately means that dietary requirements cannot be accommodated, except for the vegetarian option.
