• In a large bowl, mix the instant coffee with the sugar and water using a whisk or hand mixer.
• Keep mixing until you have a thick, fluffy mixture; it takes a while if you whisk by hand, so don’t give up too quickly.
• Fill a large glass with ice cubes and fill it halfway with milk (plant-based if desired).
