FavorFlav Food Top 100 2019

On Monday, November 18, the FavorFlav Food Top 100 2019 will be announced at restaurant BAUT in Amsterdam. Who do you think should not be missing from the list?

Here it comes again! The now-famous FavorFlav Food Top 100. The party of the year, all about one question: who are the tastemakers of the moment in the world of food & drink? Who are the most important innovators and gastronomic trendsetters? And who, ultimately, has contributed the most to enriching food culture in the Netherlands and will take home the trophy of trophies?
100 culinary movers and shakers
Every year, the FavorFlav Food Top 100—this is already the 4th edition—delivers a mouthwatering list of 100 nominees: a colorful mix of (star) chefs, drinks importers, food producers, restaurateurs, startups, culinary journalists, brand builders and other key players in the culinary scene. All united by a beating heart for better food and drink.
Previous winners were Jonnie & Thérèse Boer (2018), Joris Bijdendijk (2017) and the founders of the Foodhallen (2016).
Who will you nominate?
To compile this list, we scour the country all year long, taste until we can barely go on, and keep our ears to the ground. Just as we are now. Because who, in your opinion, absolutely should not be missing from this 2019 list? Who has played a noteworthy and meaningful role this year? Or do you think you yourself have earned a place on the list?
We would love to receive your suggestion(s)! Please send them, preferably with a brief motivation, to: sharon@favorflav.com. Submissions are open until Monday, October 7, 2019.
Bribes will not be accepted—although of course you can always give it a try. We like (almost) everything.
