Star chef Jonnie Boer opens affordable brasserie
Yes! At the end of April, Jonnie Boer will open his brand-new restaurant in Zwolle: Brass Boer Thuis. No need to save up, because the dishes are incredibly affordable. Which cash-strapped friends will you bring?
At the new brasserie in Zwolle, you can eat from as little as fifteen euros. A menu costs 37 euros, so it’s very affordable indeed. The kitchen will feature large wood-fired grills, on which a large portion of the dishes will be prepared.
Bonaire
The brasserie’s concept is not entirely new. Jonnie and Thérèse Boer previously opened a restaurant called Brass Boer on Bonaire. The style of the dishes will be the same as in Bonaire, but with ingredients from the region. The chef of Brass Boer in Bonaire is making the long journey to take charge of the kitchen at the new brasserie.
