FEBO launches ice cream with Biscoff Speculoos
We’ve already written about why FEBO’s soft serve is the best ice cream in the world, and it has just been taken up a notch. FEBO has teamed up with Lotus Bakeries, known for its delicious Biscoff Speculoos. Creamy ice cream with Speculoos: a case of 1 + 1 = 3.
As of today, the IJs-co with Biscoff Speculoos is available exclusively at all FEBO locations. The ice cream is topped with crunchy pieces of Biscoff Speculoos and a smooth Speculoos drizzle.
Deliciously creamy ice cream
Just like the milkshakes, FEBO ice cream is still made according to the recipe of founder Johan de Borst, whose foundations were laid at pastry school. The ice cream in the IJs-co has an extra-creamy flavour because it is made with meadow milk containing more than 10% milk fat.
The new ice cream is available from October 7, 2024 through April 25, 2025. If you order it online, it costs € 4.25; at FEBO locations, you pay € 4. Pricey, yes, but also incredibly delicious.
