For all fans: the limited-edition Boer’n yoghurt with Licor 43 is back

Licor 43 yoghurt

You may already have spotted it at the supermarket: Zuivelhoeve Boer’n yoghurt with Licor 43 is back! This quintessentially Dutch dessert with a surprising Spanish twist is truly a case of 1 + 1 = 3.

Licor 43—who doesn’t know it? The Spanish liqueur with 43 secret ingredients is made in Cartagena, Spain, and its centuries-old recipe is shrouded in just as many mysteries as Coca-Cola’s. We already knew that you can do anything with Licor 43 (have you tried this delicious recipe for Licor 43 apple turnovers from the Airfryer or this boozy chocolate cake with Licor 43 yet?) and you don’t even need to put on your cooking apron for this breakfast/lunch/dessert!

From joke to supermarket shelf

It started as a joke about three years ago, but the response was so overwhelming that the delicious tub has now been released again. A generous dollop of creamy yoghurt with a smooth layer of Licor 43 underneath, featuring its familiar vanilla and caramel notes…delicious! With an alcohol content of 0.9%, the yoghurt isn’t suitable for all ages (although… finally getting a full night’s sleep again!) You can buy the yoghurt at the supermarket (€3.49 at Albert Heijn).
